Applications for a place to start in Reception
Normal Admissions Round
For applications to start Elmwood at the beginning of Reception you should use the application form provided by Essex County Council. This is available on their webpage: www.essex.gov.uk/admissions. The application window opens in November and closes in January. You will receive an offer for a school place directly from your local authority.
In year Admissions
You can apply for a place for your child at any time outside the normal admissions round.
The mid-year application form - mid-year application form will need to be completed and returned directly to the school. You will be notified of the outcome for the place within 15 school days.
